§ THE LORD CHANCELLOR (LORD GARDINER)My Lords, I beg to move that the Commons Amendments be now considered. It may be for the convenience of the House if at this point I give notice that I shall ask the leave of the House, when Amendment No. 1 is called, to move that this House agrees with the Commons Amendments en bloc.
