§ Moved to resolve, That it is desirable that, in the present Session, all Consolidation Bills (whether public or private), 231 Statute Law Revision Bills and Bills prepared pursuant to the Consolidation of Enactments (Procedure) Act 1949 be referred to a Joint Committee of both Houses of Parliament.—(The Lord Chancellor.)
