HL Deb 15 November 1965 vol 270 c227
LORD SHEPHERD

My Lords, in anticipation of a long night, perhaps the House would like to know that hot meals will be available between 7 and 9 p.m., and that from 10 p.m. sandwiches and coffee will be available in the Guest Room.

My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend the Leader of the House, I beg to move the Motion that stands in his name on the Order Paper.

Moved, That, in the event of the Southern Rhodesia Bill being received from the Commons this day, Standing Order No. 41 (No two Stages of a Bill to be taken on one day) be dispensed with for the purpose of taking the Bill through all its stages this day.—(Lord Shepherd.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
