THE EARL OF MACCLESFIELD asked Her Majesty's Government:

On what dates the discussions took place concerning the Oxford Northern By-pass between the Divisional Road Engineer of the Ministry of Transport and the Oxfordshire County Council, which were referred to in this House on the 18th February, 1965. [Hansard, Cols. 611 and 612.]

THE PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY, MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT (LORD LINDGREN): The Divisional Road Engineer and members of his staff are in close touch with the County Surveyor about proposals for the improvement of this road. The most recent discussion was on February 25.
