HL Deb 13 July 1965 vol 268 c107

Order of the Day read for the consideration of Commons Amendments.

LORD TANGLEY

My Lords, I beg to move that the Commons Amendments be now considered. There are five Amendments. The first one is pure drafting; the second two are purely grammatical; the last two substitute fourteen days for eight days as the period in which certain proceedings may be taken. In the interests of that brevity which all your Lordships are so ardently seeking, may I ask the leave of the House to move the Amendments en bloc?

Moved, That the Commons Amendments be now considered.—(Lord Tangley.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
