My Lords, I beg leave to ask the Question of which I have given private notice—namely:

"To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they are aware that Lloyd's of London and British insurance companies are not now being allowed to pay on claims arising in Rhodesia, and if they will make a statement on this aspect of the Government's economic controls?"
