§ The LORD CHANCELLOR acquainted the House that he had received, under the proviso to Section 4 of the Statutory Instruments Act 1946, a notification that the Reserve Bank of Rhodesia Order 1965, had come into operation before being laid. before Parliament, with an explanation thereof.
§ The said notification and explanation was ordered to lie on the Table.
