THE MINISTER WITHOUT PORTFOLIO (LORD CHAMPION)

My Lords, I beg leave to introduce a Bill to establish a Board of Governors of the Museum of London; to transfer to them the collections of the London Museum and of the Guildhall Museum and the benefit of certain funds; to define the functions of that Board, and to provide for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid. I beg to move that this Bill be now read a first time.
