§ LORD COBBOLDMy Lords, I have the honour to present to your Lordships two Messages from Her Majesty the Queen, signed by her own hand. The first Message is as follows:
§ "I thank you most sincerely for your loyal and dutiful Address on the occasion of the birth of my Son. My Husband and I have been deeply moved by the expression of your highest satisfaction and the assurance of your affectionate concern for our happiness."
§ The second Message reads as follows:
§ "I have received your Address praying that the Secretary of State for Education and Science Order, 1964, be made in the form of the Draft laid before your House.
§ "I will comply with your request."
