HL Deb 21 December 1964 vol 262 cc639-40
LORD SHEPHERD

My Lords, I should like to inform the House that, in view of the large number of speakers in the Foreign Affairs debate, it has been arranged through the usual channels that that debate shall be extended over two days. The debate will therefore begin to-morrow, Tuesday, and will be concluded on Wednesday night. The noble Earl, Lord Gosford, has withdrawn his Unstarred Question on the Concord project; and the Second Reading of the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Scotland) Bill has been postponed. I trust that these arrangements will be for the convenience of your Lordships.
