LORD CHAMPION

My Lords, I should like to inform the House that in view of the large number of noble Lords who have put their names down to speak this afternoon, arrangements have been made for a cold supper to be available this evening. I should like also to inform the House that at a suitable moment after 3.30 p.m. my noble friend Lord Shackleton will be making a Statement on the aviation industry.
