EARL ST. ALDWYNMy Lords, it is hoped that the House will rise for the Easter Recess after the conclusion of Business on Wednesday, April 10, until Tuesday, April 23. If, however, it should be necessary to sit on Thursday, April 11, it is proposed that the House should meet at 11 o'clock in the morning.
