My Lords, I should like to inform your Lordships that it has been agreed through the usual channels that the debate on the Central Organisation of Defence shall be a one-day debate, and that the House shall meet at two o'clock on Wednesday

I should further like to inform your Lordships that it is proposed that after the Summer Recess the House shall meet on Thursday, October 24, at eleven o'clock, for Prorogation, and that the new Session shall be opened on Tuesday, October 29.
