EARL ST. ALDWYNMy Lords, it is not yet known how many noble Lords wish to take part in the Defence debate, and it may be necessary, if there are a number of extra speakers, to have a two-day debate. Also, at the moment I am not absolutely certain whether it will be possible to have the Royal Commission on Wednesday.
