My Lords, I should like to inform your Lordships that at some suitable moment after 3.30 p.m. my noble friend Lord Chesham will be making a statement on assistance to shipbuilding, and my noble friend Lord St. Oswald will be making a statement on forestry.

My Lords, in view of the number of speakers to-day, I may say that dinners will be available if sufficient of your Lordships will be good enough to warn in by 4 o'clock.
