My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend, Lord Hailsham, I beg to move the Motion standing in his name.

Moved, That Standing Order No. 41 (No two stages of a Bill to be taken on one day) be considered in order to its being dispensed with for the purpose of taking the Matrimonial Causes and Reconciliation Bill this day through its remaining stages.—(Earl St. Aldwyn.)
