§ Moved, That it be an Instruction to the Committee to which the Bill has been committed that they should examine Clause 4 of the Bill to see whether it increases the liability to pay compensation or in any other way acts to the detriment of the planning authority concerned in the exercise of their functions 232 particularly with regard to the preservation of open spaces.—(Lord Faringdon.)
