HL Deb 17 December 1963 vol 254 c110

3.5 p.m.

LORD RUSSELL OF LIVERPOOL

My Lords, I beg leave to ask the Question which stands in my name on the Order Paper.

[The Question was as follows:

To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they can now report the outcome of the investigation which they undertook to make into the trial by court-martial of Major Peter Ralph Cory and events subsequent to that trial.]

THE LORD CHANCELLOR

My Lords, with the permission of the House, I should like to answer this Question in about three quarters of an hour's time, when my right honourable friend the Secretary of State for War will be making a statement on this matter in another place.
