§ LORD CARRINGTONMy Lords, earlier this afternoon the noble Earl the Leader of the Opposition asked a ques- 208 tion about the situation in Aden and suggested that unless he got a satisfactory answer he might like to speak on the Motion for the Adjournment of the House later on. Subsequently the noble Earl and I had some conversation, and my noble friend the Duke of Devonshire will be answering a Private Notice Question to-morrow afternoon.
