My Lords, I beg leave to ask the Question which stands in my name on the Order Paper.

[The Question was as follows:

To ask Her Majesty's Government whether all Commonwealth countries producing identical metals or raw materials will be kept equally informed on suggestions or tentative proposals made by Her Majesty's Government to the European Economic Community for dealing with any individual product.]
