VISCOUNT ALEXANDER OF HILLS-BOROUGHMy Lords, I am not quite sure what that means. I understood that after the Meeting of the Commonwealth Premiers it was anticipated that Parliament would be called together, to approve, if the Government decided to enter the Common Market, that entry.
EARL ST. ALDWYNMy Lords, there is certainly nothing that I can say now, neither do I expect to be able to say anything next week, about a recall in 1123 September. The passible date that I am referring to is when we should normally be coming back, some time in October.
