§ LORD CHESHAMMy Lords, this also is a Bill under the General Pier and Harbour Act, 1861, and is to authorise the Great Yarmouth Port and Haven Commissioners to borrow additional money to spend on the construction, erection and improvement of piers, jetties and other works in their port and haven. It also is to authorise the Mayor, aldermen and burgesses of the County Borough of Great Yarmouth to guarantee the repayment of the principal and interest of the monies that they borrow. Again there were no objections to the Order. I beg to move.
