acquainted the House that Her Majesty had (by Commission) revoked certain Letters Patent and had appointed the Chairman of Committees for the time being, the Lord Merthyr, the Earl of Listowel, the Lord Blackford, the Earl of Buckinghamshire, the Lard Rea, the Viscount Kilmuir, the Earl of Lucan, the Lord Ailwyn, theLord Amulree, the Earl St. Aldwyn, the Lord Crook, the Lord Newton, the Lord Airedale, the Lord Jessel, the Lord Archibald, the Lord Douglas of Barloch, and the Lord Strang, Speakers of the House in the absence of the Lord Chancellor: the said Commission was read.

House adjourned at a quarter past four o'clock.
