HL Deb 17 December 1962 vol 245 c878
EARL ST. ALDWYN

My Lords, I should like to inform the House that my noble friend Lord Carrington will be making a statement on Skybolt at a suitable moment after 3.30 p.m.

At the same time, I should like to inform your Lordships that, as an experiment, instead of having dinners available to-night we are having a cold buffet, and I should be most grateful if your Lordships would let me have your opinion, about it when you have tried it.
