ALDWYNMy Lords, dinners will be available in the Refreshment Department this evening if your Lordships require them, but I would ask you to be good enough to "warn in" by five o'clock if you desire dinner, whether you are dining by yourselves or entertaining guests. The reason I ask that is that on one or two occasions lately when dinners have been available only one or two Peers have come in, and we really are not justified in keeping the staff there for only one or two dinners. So will your Lordships be good enough to sign in by five o'clock if you wish to take dinner?
