EARL ST. ALDWYNMy Lords, it had been proposed to take the Motion of my noble friend Lord Mancroft on the licensing of firearms before the Second Reading of the Criminal Justice Administration Bill on Monday next, but it has since been agreed, through the usual channels, that the House should meet at 2 o'clock and that the Second Reading of the Criminal Justice Administration Bill should be taken as first Business and followed by the Motion of my noble friend Lord Mancroft. Therefore I do not propose to move the Motion standing in the name of my noble friend the Leader of the House. I offer the House my apologies for the short notice of this change of Business.
