§ LORD NEWTONMy Lords, I should like to inform the House that it has been agreed through the usual channels that the proceedings on the Committee stage of the Road Traffic Bill should be continued to-day until 11 o'clock, by which time it is hoped that the Committee stage will be concluded. I should also like to say that it has been agreed that the House shall meet to-morrow at 2 o'clock instead of 2.30, in view of the number of speakers.
