HL Deb 04 May 1961 vol 230 cc1361-2
LORD NEWTON

My Lords, I should like to inform the House that shortly before 4 o'clock my noble and learned friend the Leader of the House will be making a statement about security.

I should also like to tell your Lordships that it has been agreed through the usual channels that there should be an adjournment for dinner this evening between 7 and 8 o'clock, and those of your Lordships who wish to have dinner are asked to give early notice to the Refreshment Department.
