My Lords, it may be convenient if I inform your Lordships of a slight change in the Business of to-morrow. The House will meet for a formal Sitting to-morrow, to receive a Bill from another place, at 12 noon, and not at 11 o'clock as stated in the Notices and Orders of the Day. My noble friend Lord Lansdowne hopes that at that time he will be able to make a statement on the situation in Laos.
