HL Deb 28 March 1961 vol 230 c51
THE MINISTER OF STATE, SCOTTISH OFFICE (LORD CRAIGTON)

My Lords, I beg to move that these Regulations be approved.

Moved, That the Draft Police Pensions (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations, 1961, be approved.—(Lord Craigton..)

LORD REA

My Lords, before these Regulations go through, I think it should be put on record that we on this side of the House, and I am sure that my noble friends on my left will agree with me, are very glad that this matter has been taken up and put into order. We hope that no more unintelligible laws will be promulgated by Her Majesty's Government.

On Question, Motion agreed to.
