THE EARL OF HOMEMy Lords, in answering the first Question about the United Nations and subscriptions which members pay, I believe by a slip of the tongue I said a country could be expelled from the United Nations if its subscription was two years in arrears. In fact, a country can have its voting rights withdrawn in those circumstances.
