HL Deb 08 March 1961 vol 229 c363

2.4 p.m.

LORD NEWTON

My Lords, I should like to inform the House that, at a suitable time after half-past three o'clock, my noble friend Lord Perth will be making a statement about Malta. I would also say that, in view of the number of speakers this afternoon, it is expected that the House will sit through dinner. Dinner will be available, therefore, between 7 and 9 o'clock, and those noble Lords who wish to dine are asked to give early notice to the Refreshment Department.
