HL Deb 31 July 1961 vol 234 c3
LORD AMWELL

My Lords, I beg leave to ask the Question which stands in my name on the Order Paper.

[The Question was as follows:

To ask Her Majesty's Government whether it can be arranged to have a photograph taken from the middle of Waterloo Bridge and exhibited in the Library, or some other suitable place, depicting the architectural effect of the high building now in course of construction near to the Palace of Westminster.]

THE JOINT PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY, MINISTRY OF HOUSING AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT (EARL JELLICOE)

Yes, my Lords. I will let the noble Lord know when the photograph is available in the Library.

LORD AMWELL

I thank the noble Earl.
