HL Deb 20 July 1961 vol 233 c819
EARL ST. ALDWYN

My Lords, it has been represented to me that a number of your Lordships who are concerned with the Housing Bill, which is down for discussion on Monday, cannot get here until 4 o'clock. Therefore, I think it would be for the convenience of the House generally if the House were to meet at 3 o'clock.
