My Lords, as my noble friend the Foreign Secretary will have to be in Bermuda in the middle of next week, it has been arranged through the usual channels that the debate in the name of the noble Lord, Lord Henderson, on Foreign Affairs will be taken on Monday next instead of on Wednesday and that the Motion standing in the name of the noble Marquess, Lord Salisbury, on Egyptian matters will be taken on Wednesday instead of on Monday.
