§ LORD BRECONMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons Amendment No. 1. This Amendment paves the way for an Amendment to Clause 47, which is in the Marshalled List of Amendments as No. 12. Both these Amendments are for the purpose of correcting a flaw in drafting. I beg to move.
