§ LORD BRECONMy Lords, I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons Amendment No. 3. This Amendment is to correct a drafting error. Paragraphs (a) and (b) in subsection (3) should apply to notices given under subsection (1) of the clause and not to notices given under subsection (2). This Amendment puts that right. I beg to move.
