ALDWYNMy Lords, as your Lordships know, it has been agreed through the usual channels that the debate to-day on the Second Reading of the Road Traffic Bill shall be continued and concluded on Monday next, when the House will meet at 2 o'clock and not 2.30, as I stated in my announcement yesterday. We hope to adjourn the debate to-day at approximately 8 o'clock, and dinner will therefore not be available in the Restaurant.
