HL Deb 24 May 1960 vol 223 c1203
THE CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES (LORD MERTHYR)

My Lords, I beg to move that this Bill be now read a third time.

Moved, That the Bill be now read 3a.—(Lord Merthyr.)

LORD OGMORE

My Lords, as one who took an active part in speaking on the Second Reading of the previous Bill—and some of your Lordships will possibly remember that we had quite a stirring little debate on that measure, the point being as to whether or not a particular portion of the line should go—may I say that I support this Bill entirely? I am grateful to those who promoted it, and I think it will do a lot of good in North Wales in the particular circumstances that arise there.

On Question, Bill read 3a, and passed.
