THE EARL OF ONSLOWMy Lords, it may be for the convenience of the House if I draw your Lordships' attention to the arrangements which have been made, through the usual channels, for the House to meet at 2 o'clock tomorrow instead of the usual time of 3 o'clock, in view of the large number of Amendments remaining to be taken in the Committee stage of the Betting and Gaming Bill.
