My Lords, I was to have asked a Private Notice Question, but I understand that Her Majesty's Government could not promise that a statement would be made in another place to-day.

My Lords, that is quite correct. My noble friend will be making a statement at approximately half-past three on the position in the Congo; and there will also be a statement on the future of the Territorial Army.
