HL Deb 14 July 1960 vol 225 c303

[The reference iv to Bill [77] as first printed for the House of Commons]

In the Schedule, page 4, line 5, leave out from ("seal") to end of line.

EARL BATHURST

My Lords, this is a drafting Amendment, the intention of which is to bring the Bill into line with the provisions of the Charities Bill which completed all its stages in your Lordships' House on April 28. I think there is nothing more that I need say about this Amendment, and I commend it to your Lordships. I beg to move that this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.

Moved, That this House doth agree with the Commons in the said Amendment.—(Earl Bathurst.)

On Question, Motion agreed to.
