HL Deb 25 February 1960 vol 221 c405
VISCOUNT ALEXANDER OF HILLSBOROUGH

THE JOINT PARLIAMENTARY UNDER-SECRETARY OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS (THE MARQUESS OF LANSDOWNE)

My Lords, the last thing I want to do is to put your Lordships to inconvenience, but so far as I know this statement has not yet been made in another place.
