THE EARL OF SCARBROUGHMy Lords, I have the honour to present to your Lordships two Messages from Her Majesty The Queen, signed by her own hand. The first is as follows:
"I have received your Address praying that the Western European Union (Immunities and Privileges) Order, 1959, be made in the form of the draft laid before Parliament.
"I will comply with your request."
The second Message is as follows:
"I have received your Address praying that the Council of Europe (Immunities and Privileges) Order, 1960, be made in the form of the draft laid before Parliament.
"I will comply with your request."
