§ THE MARQUESS OF LANSDOWNEMy Lords, I beg to move the second humble Address standing in my name on the Order Paper. This Draft Order simply consolidates and replaces three previous Orders in Council. These were the original Order of 1950 and two amending Orders of 1954 and 1958. This Order confers no new privileges or immunities whatsoever. I beg to move.
