THE MARQUESS OF LANSDOWNE

My Lords, I beg to move the second humble Address standing in my name on the Order Paper. This Draft Order simply consolidates and replaces three previous Orders in Council. These were the original Order of 1950 and two amending Orders of 1954 and 1958. This Order confers no new privileges or immunities whatsoever. I beg to move.

Moved, That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty praying that the Council of Europe (Immunities and Privileges) Order, 1960, be made in the form of the Draft laid before this House on the 2nd instant.—(The Marquess of Lansdowne.)
