1. Section two of the Sea Fisheries Regulation Act, 1888.

2. Sections eight and fifty-nine of the Salmon and Freshwater Fisheries Act, 1923.

3. The following provisions of the Public Health Act, 1936, that is to say, sections twenty-seven, thirty-nine, forty-eight, seventy-nine, eighty-one, eighty-two and ninety-two, subsection (2) of section one hundred and eight, and sections one hundred and forty-one, two hundred and fifty-nine and two hundred and sixty-one.

4. The following provisions of the Public Health (London) Act, 1936, that is to say, sections thirty-four, forty, forty-eight, forty-nine, eighty-two to eighty-four, ninety-three, one hundred and two, one hundred and twenty-eight and one hundred and thirty-seven.

5. The Public Health (Drainage of Trade Premises) Act, 1937.
