THE EARL OF SCARBROUGHMy. Lords, I have the honour to present to your Lordships three Messages from Her Majesty the Queen signed by her own hand. The first is as follows:
§ "I have received your Address praying that the International Atomic Energy Agency (Immunities and Privileges) Order, 1960, be made in the form of the draft laid before Parliament. I will comply with your request."
§ The second is in these terms:
§ "I have received your Address praying that the Customs Co-operation Council (Immunities and Privileges) Order, 1960, be made in the form of the draft laid before Parliament. I will comply with your request."
§ The third is as follows:
§ "I have received your Address praying that the Summer Time Order, 1960, be laid before Parliament in the form of the draft laid before Parliament, in pursuance of the provisions of Section 2 of the Summer Time Act, 1947. I will comply with your request."
