§ VISCOUNT ALEXANDER OF HILLSBOROUGHMy Lords, I do not rise to discuss this Bill, but merely to ask whether the noble Viscount can tell us yet what ideas the Government have about when this Bill will be discussed. This is quite an important subject, and it would be helpful to know what time we shall have in order to study the Bill.
§ VISCOUNT HAILSHAMI wonder whether we could discuss that through the usual channels also? I gather that a firm date has not yet emerged, or crystallised.
