THE EARL OF ONSLOW

Moved, That the Bill be now read 3a.—(The Earl of Onslow.)

VISCOUNT ALEXANDER OF HILLS-BOROUGH

My Lords, your Lordships' House has been the recipient of the opinions of all sides of the House upon this very important and generous measure, but I think we ought all to feel as we come to the third and final passage of the measure that we should all carry it completely unanimously and with acclamation.

THE EARL OF ONSLOW

My Lords, on behalf of my noble friend I should like sincerely to join with the noble Viscount who has just spoken.

On Question, Bill read 3a, and passed, nemine dissentiente.
