§ LORD MILLSWith your Lordships' permission, I should like to take Amendments Nos. 9, 10, and 11 together. The object of this group of Amendments to Clause 2 is to have disused nuclear sites demarcated until the period of the licensee's responsibility has elapsed. The licensee is to post such notices indicating the limits of the site in such positions as an inspector may direct. Anyone damaging such a notice is to be liable to a fine of £5.
